Description

Merlot in purity, of a beautiful intense ruby red color, characteristic aromas of a vegetable bouquet with red fruits and flowers. A dry taste happily balanced by pleasant tannicity and important and lasting flavors. We recommend Merlot be combined with juicy, aromatized meats, roasted Porcini mushrooms caps and medium-aged cheeses. We suggest uncorking the bottle at least 2 hours before consumption, bringing it to a temperature between 18-20 Celsius (64-68 Fahrenheit).
