A wine of extraordinary elegance and finesse born from a union of the noblest vines cultivated on the farm. Proper management of the surrounding environment and careful winemaking techniques give this original wine a ruby red/garnet color. To the nose it is intense, complex and elegant. Combining fruity hints of black berries integrated with spicy hints of licorice and cinnamon with pleasing shades of leather. To the pallet there is a pleasant feel of soft and rounded tannins. It blends harmoniously well with main dishes which are hearty and tasty, grilled, aromatized and juicy meats as well as medium-aged cheeses. We suggest uncorking the bottle at least 2 hours before consumption, bringing it to a temperature between 18-20 Celsius (64-68 Fahrenheit).
